Good Luck, God Bless and best wishes for a happy retirement to one of the biggest supporters the local Hunters trials have ever had, D'arcy Egan. Won't be the same without seeing the trial results in the Friday Outdoors section after all these many years. Tight lines bud!

To all chairpersons, please email results of your trials to me so I can keep track of all dogs that qualify for the ABIWT.

Just got a call from Ohio dept. of Agriculture’s Dr. Tony Forshey, he is chief of the Division of Animal Health, we are allowed to have field trials this year! there are some strict rules to follow because of concerns of the bird flu, all of the club Chairmen are being notified. One of the big ones is that No live birds may leave the premise once released. Birds delivered to hunting preserves or hunt clubs are considered terminal and cannot move to another premise.

Guys and Gals, we have decided to host only four events at the South Cuyahoga Sportsmen's Association instead of our usual five. We gave up our March event just this year because we felt a trial 2 weeks before the ABIWT was unfair to our committee. We will return to a five trial schedule next season. Looking forward to seeing all of our many friends very soon!
